Tuesday Tidbits

Men must have some gene that prevents them from using the hamper. Otherwise, I can't explain it.

Mullets may have been cool in the 90's, but that was long ago. I'm looking at you tank top and mullet sporting man at the gym.

Jalapeno kettle chips/Dr.Pepper/Reeses can make any day better. At least in my world. (Can I just add that I didn't consume all three of those today?)

I wish it were acceptable to yell at the TV when annoying characters come on and for them to hear you. Case in point Mrs. Brown on The Unit. ARGH!

In a perfect world would be one where dishes clean themselves.

What I wouldn't give for some Mexican food right now.

I obviously wasn't thinking when I decided to bring my American car overseas. NEVER AGAIN!

If I was introduced to you after being a fellow wife in your FRG for a year and you have the nerve to say to me, "I've never seen you before in my life" and then you become FRG leader..I will not be attending your stupid potluck dinner on Saturday. Who has FRG meetings on a SATURDAY?! (No offense to anyone who does) :)

Kind of like how our FRG leader only schedules events when the guys are in garrison? (hint: they're in the field 11 out of 16 weeks in this class.) Some of us aren't here to get drunk with girlfriends, thankyouverymuch. I feel ya.

My husband will leave the clothes 3 feet from the hamper. Drives me nuts.

It really is the worst when people act like they have never ever seen you before but you have seen then a lot. I hate that.

I hold our FRG Meetings on the 15th of every month regardless of the day. I'm a rebel =) I'm gonna go drink a Dr Pepper now!

ugh I hate our FRG! I didn't receive one flipping thing the entire time my husband was deployed :( and I am totally a million percent agreeing about the reeses :) only mine are the reeses pieces! the best.

Reese's do make the day better. I brought some to my husband when he was in the hospital. I scored major wife points that day.

My husband asked me to move the hamper from the closet to the bathroom, so I did. A few more items make it in now, but there's still dirty clothes laying everywhere.

If it makes you feel any better, I've had tacos the last 2 nights. Last night I had leftovers. I didn't want to eat them tonight, but nothing else looked good.

Um, can I just cosign on the Reese's and kettle chips... WHILE watching TV? Heaven! And that's why I'm on Weight Watchers!

I agree that men cannot physically put dirty clothes away. It's an epidemic, really.

I agree with ya on the no-hamper-use gene. How come the only exception to that rule is wet bath towels? I can find Matt's dirty clothes left all over the house, but somehow he always manages to throw that wet bath towel into the hamper, grrrr. Drives me crazy!
