Wednesday Randoms

I don't understand girls who tan and use fake tanner until they take on an orange glow. Seriously...just stop.

I leave for London on Friday. I'm very, very excited.

I wish my apartment would magically clean itself. Somehow, although I sweep almost daily (or Sean does) there is always a plethora of dog hair. How does so much hair come off a 12 lb dog?

I just finished season 2 of Damages. If you've never watched the series you should. I love it!

Were you guys aware that PF Changs now makes frozen skillet meals? I bought one and I'm going to try it out tonight. I'll have to report back if it's good or not.

I want these boots:

They look comfy and they are from Target, so what's not to love? I have a pair of really cute tan boots, but they have a higher heel and wandering around a European city in boots with a heel is not a fun experience.

Oh and what is up with this new Facebook phenomena where people post maps of where they are at and what they are doing. Hello stalkers?

London on Friday? So ridiculously jealous and excited for you! I was there this time last year and the weather was perfect, so hopefully it won't be too rainy for you.

How long will you be there? Just thinking about that city makes me happy.

There are so many orange girls walking around in Texas, they look like oompa loompas!

I sweep. Every. Day. and every day there is enough debris (dirt, dog hair, etc.) that one would think I hadnt ever swept our floors. Im with you on this one, I have no idea how it happens!

The PF Changs frozen meals are actually really good (at least in our opinion). We had tried other brands of frozen chinese meals before the PF Changs came out... and this is by far the best we have tried. I don't think you will be disappointed (considering it's a frozen meal).

And, I'm so incredibly jealous of your London trip!

Are you going to have a cell phone working in London? I will be in Kensington on Saturday and free on Sunday we definitely have to fit in a drink somewhere

Have fun in London! What a great trip to take!

And no, the orange look is not attractive. Not at all.

Oh the oompa loompas... I ran into a couple of them over the weekend. I wonder what happens to their vision that they don't notice they are orange and not cute? Particularly when they go from orage to white around the ankles & feet?

Seriously, some days I'm surprised my dog isn't bald after I sweep up his hair. Have fun! And those boots are super cute!

The PF Chang frozen meals are great for frozen food. I was pleasantly surprised. Both the Orange chicken and Beef and Broccoli were yummy!

The fake and bakers scare me, no one should be that color... Definitely let me know how those PF Changs skillet meals turn out, I have seen them in the Commissary but have wimped out on trying them.

HAVE FUN IN LONDON!!

Have fun in London! Sounds like a blast. :) I'm going for the first time for Christmas and I'm so excited.

The whole posting where you are? That's Foursquare. It's a game on a smartphone that you can update your FB or Twitter with your location. There's been a lot of flak for that issue - letting people know that you're not at home and people could rob you. I use it because it's fun and I update my status with where I am anyway.

London is a fun city but since I am a Scottish Lass, I hope at some point you get to visit one of our fabulous cities.

Love those boots! And I'm also jealous about London! I'd love to go there!

My cousin is one of the orange girls. I don't get it either.

I also sweep every single day. How do two cats possibly kick up THAT much litter every single day?

I'm always amazed at how much hair my 9 lb cat sheds as well. It doesn't help that she's white and almost everything we own is a dark color.

I saw the black version of those boots at Target earlier, I'm debating on going back to the store and buying them.

Facebook is now joining the "craze" of letting people check into places like Foursquares, Brightkite, Gowalla, and several others out there. Some of those other website check-ins can also be posted on Facebook.

Yay for London! Thant sounds so exciting. The house that Matt & I are house-sitting is the same way. It doesn't have any carpet & I am astounded by how much junk I collect each time I sweep. Kinda grosses me out to think how much of that dirt gets embedded in carpet & you can't really see it.
Have a blast, can't wait to see how it goes!

Love the boots! You should check out Forever 21. I saw a similar brown pair in the store the other day (super cute) and they just popped up on their website too.
