Rock Lobster!

Well....the day started out quite crappy, but I'm hoping it ends on a high note.

To put it simply, we aren't getting out car title before we go to Dallas. After dealing with an extremely rude lady who informed me, "Ma'am, it's ridiculous for you to even ask me to have your title for you by Monday." I honestly broke down and cried. Is it too much to ask for some customer service? I mean really?

I'm still a bit peeved, but I'll move on and try to figure out someway to get our car shipped, whether that means my parents have to mail the title to the shipping company or something along those lines.

We got our car detailed today and now it's super clean and shiny. Just the way I like it. You know, before I had a husband my car was immaculate. Then he came along and leaves it messy. You know how husbands are.

Tonight is our special dinner at our local fancy restaurant. I'm excited! I get to wear my Forever 21 dress that I love and have a good meal. I'm hoping I can get my mom to take a picture of Sean and I before we leave for dinner. We shall see though.

Oh..and before I forget I'd like to give a shout out to my new followers. I've had a few new ones in the last week or so and I just like to say thank you to them and all of my followers for coming back day after day and reading about my adventures.

Last but not least, I leave you with a few pictures from the last couple of days.

I was in charge of the lobsters

Yet..they soon became a photo op.

The finished product...rock lobstah!

You're pictures are so funny. Sorry the title didn't work out. At this point, I would just move on and handle the rest of the move until you guys are settled. I hope your family can be a big help.

Sorry to hear about the car title and crabby woman.

I do love lobster, but I've never been so brave as to try cooking them at home!

My parents had to ship our car for us after we left. Someone can do it for you as long as you have a POA.

I'm sorry to hear about your car title. I was hoping you would have some luck and it would all turn out. It still will...just not in the way you wanted it to. :(

Yum, lobster!

Hi! I randomly came across your blog and love it! Don't feel alone.... when we moved to Germany from Oklahoma, the same exact thing happened with our title. We couldn't get it in time before we were scheduled to move and my husbands father had to take care of the whole thing. We finally got our vehicle two months into living here. Good luck with everything, it will all work out!

Hilarious pictures!

Why is it that getting a title to car is not expensive, but is more hassle than moving to Germany in the first place?

Will they fedex it for you? If you leave your parents in charge of it, make sure to give them POA just.in.case. someone wants it.

Good luck!

Great pictures! I can't get over how much your husband looks like my husband's cousin! I'll try to dig a picture up to show you!

One way or another, you'll get the title issue resolved. Sorry that lady was being such a snot about it!

That is a bummer about the car title! We had a lot of issues getting ours when we paid off our car, and we were just here in the states! Anyway, those lobsters look extremely tasty!
