Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough

I feel that way about food lately. It's like I can't stop eating and I'm never not hungry. I'm starting to feel like a fatty, because of the eating thing and also because I've been a total slacker when it comes to the gym.

I don't know what my problem is honestly. I think the eating may be coming from anxiety over Sean's deployment, but I don't feel that anxious about it when I stop and think about it. So...I really don't know what my problem is.

Sean asked me if I was pregnant. Which seems to be his question for everything when I'm tired, cranky, hungry or naseous. To that question I'm 99.9% sure the answer is a big no.

Anyone get in funks like this? Maybe I just have the winter blues since it's getting cold here, but I kind of doubt that as well, as I love this time of year.

I have a bit of a stress eating-end of day exhaustion big piece of Milka chocolate on the couch problem right now. After our two kids are in bed, I just need to relax with a bit of my favorite comfort food, choclate!

I am TOTALLY with you!! What is it?? If you figure out I would like to know. Yesterday I made a big lunch, ate it all, and found myself wondering what else I could eat!! Deaner was smart enough to remove the rest of the Halloween candy to his office! Damn him!

Although I AM pregnant so not the best one to talk to as I eat all day every day I would say that being at home more is definitely not helpful! When I left my job and played housewife it was soooo hard to ignore the pantry that was calling my name! Whoever invented diets was a crazzzyyy person!

Haha. Kenny asks me if I'm pregnant whenever any of those things happen, too. I'm like, "Babe. I am ON my period, how in the world can I be pregnant at the same time?" Silly boys.

I get in those hunger moods once a month, and the weird thing is that they jsut recently started. But yeah, once a month for about a week ALL I want to do is eat. everything. in. sight.

Blame it on hormones...

it's got to be the hormones or just being home now. I want (and feel like I need) to eat constantly the week before aunt flo visits. Make yourself go to the gym.. then at least you won't feel quite so bad about it :)

I definitely get that way. I have no idea why it happens but it does and it's an awful feeling...

Somedays I could eat everything in sight and others not so much. I have no idea why, could be stress eating. Oh the joys of being a woman.

I do get that way sometimes -- it is a total pain in the ass. Sometimes it works to just force myself to chug lots of water when I walk into the kitchen, so I don't have any room in my belly for food. :)

LT is so clueless about how a woman's body works -- I have tried to explain so many pregnancy and birth control things to him, and his eyes just glaze over. He would never think to ask me if I was pregnant hehe

Hey it sounds like we are sisters! I got put on steroid antibiotics for that wicked cold I had. My doc told that it will increase my appetite onces its fully in my system. I didn't believe her until I found myself dreaming about food!

I think we should just stop fighting it and accept it. Our body is either looking for something it needs in the food, or our hormones are throwing us through a loop. Either way it's a losings battle, so I just learned to scrap this week for the diet and gym, and start new on Sunday!

But it does suck to feel like this, so I'm sorry! :(

Oh yes, I'm sure it's the stress. I started eating like a fat kid about three weeks ago. Of course, now I'm turning into a fat kid. So I'm trying to get my routine back under control.

I'm in a similar rut. It doesn't help that I keep finding random things in our fridge that I did not put there. I.E. a tub of cookie dough. Yea, a TUB. Always hungry here lately!

Girl, I did it all last week and I think it does have something to do with Chad getting ready to leave last week and the weather changes. All weekend I suffered from it though becuase my blood sugar was whacky! Drink lots of water and it'll help control the eating until your body gets back into your regular groove.

Do I? I'm there right now. Its kind of ridulous, I sit and my brain is saying "don't eat that, you aren't hungry, you will feel gross after" but I still do it? And I can't seem to get motivated to work out. Suck. I know for me it's the weather and darkness plus emotional eating.

I feel a little better when I don't beat myself up over it and try to give myself a clean slate every day.

It will get better.

I think this happens to everyone. It will pass soon and you'll be back to your normal self in no time.

I definitely go through phases where I feel like I can't stop eating! Usually if I get bored.

I totally get that way...and to make it worse I don't care and just keep eating lol. Weight for me comes in cycles naturally...like 15 pound cycles. I don't fight it..lol I'd rather die fat and happy than skinny and hungry :)

I'm been feeling like that a lot lately too. I'm super emotional, tired, hungry, and def. NOT preggo. What is up with that?

I picked up the MJ "Number Ones" album a few weeks ago. It's been bumping in my car ever since and now you're title's got me humming his songs.

I am with you on the food. My friends at clinical have been joking about the preggers thing too. Honestly, I've just ALWAYS had a love affair with food.

I've been stress eating the last couple days. It's nice, but it sucks too! I need to go for a run, but I'm just exhausted now, and can't bring myself to run in the dark. Guess I'll be doing a circuit instead.

Everytime I smell something that Zack doesn't he asks me if I'm pregnant. Every. Time.

It could be the cold weather. I've been eating like that as well but I've also been freezing for the past 2 weeks so that's my excuse lol

I go into phases occassionally where I just eat alllllll the time and seriously wonder if I might be pregnant, lol. Then I take a prego test, get a negative, and remember that I just REALLY love food!!
