2010 Deployment Goals

Since I'm going through a deployment for pretty much the entire year of 2010, I've decided this year instead of resolutions that I'm going to do Deployment Goals. This list is going to be ever-changing and I'm sure a few more items will be added to it. As of now though here is my list!

1. Read at least 50 books
2. Start my photography business
3. Lose 10 lbs
4. Make t-shirt quilt with my college shirts
5. Finish my college scrapbook
6. Complete first two years of marriage scrapbook
7. Travel to 5 countries
8. Cook a new recipe at least once a month
9. Decorate our apartment
10. Make Alaska photo album
11. 100 lb dead lift
12. Take Italian classes
13. Learn how to sew

I expect you guys to keep me accountable!

Aahhh good luck! I am the same as you and doing deployment goals rather than new years resolutions, we both have to stay busy to make it through 2010!

Awesome! I'm also doing deployment goals. :)

I haven't made myself a list beyond find a new job, get out of debt (or at least reduce debt) and be social at least twice a week.

Good luck with them!

I've always wanted to make a quilt out of my old shirts! I can't wait to see yours!

Good luck on meeting all your goals!

And I'd love to see your scrapbooks, even if it still a bit of a work in progress. I know I'm still working on a scrapbook from my France trip back in 2005!

This sounds awesome! Let me know if you need any help with the quilt and the sewing. :)

I dig em. One of my biggest regrets is not making a t shirt quilt back in the day.

Oooh, I love your list! :) I'm thinking the t-shirt quilt and sewing will come hand-in-hand!
