I Can't Believe I'm Admitting This

Last night I was in total veg mode and made the mistake of watching this:

Yes...The Notebook.

I've never watched it all the way through. In fact, I really don't like sappy, love movies like this. I much prefer comedies. However, there was nothing better on AFN and because it was that time of the month I watched it. Big mistake. By the end of the movie I was crying. Ok..not just crying, I was sobbing.

Completely unlike me and thank goodness noone else was around to witness my sobfest. Well, except Boomer and I have the feeling he won't be telling anyone.

I'm so ready for this week to get here. Sean should be home Tuesday or Wednesday and then this next weekend we are headed to Oktoberfest. Should be an adventure, that's for sure!

This is my all time favorite movie! I saw it in the theater and I started sobbing half way through and didn't stop until it was over! The messy sobbing with the hiccuping and snot running down your nose-not a pretty site! There were 2 men in the theater full of women and when the movie was over, they looked like a deer caught in headlights!

I've only watched it once through completely. I love P.S. I love you because the husband is funny as hell.

LOL!! I caught the last 20 minutes of it last night. The ending is so over-dramatic to me, but I do love the movie!

I bawled my eyes out the first time I ever watched that movie, but not nearly as bad as my mom!

OMG I cried too, it was a great movie. I know all about AFN! I was stationed in Vicenza, Italy for 3 yrs and AFN sucked! LOL My best friend worked for AFN, she just retired from the Army as the Camp Darby AFN station commander last year.

Ugghh.. you should have asked our opinion on this one first! Good movie, but not to watch around THAT time. We would have saved you from that mistake!
Yay for Sean coming home this week!!

I don't even usually cry during movies and I definitely sobbed at the end of that movie!

How have you never seen that movie? I actually wound up seeing it in the theaters twice, and countless times afterwards. Actually the first time I saw it I cried for the ENTIRE second half of the movie. If you're looking for a movie to cry through this is it. Otherwise, not so much.

This is definitely my favorite movie :)

I've been guilty of watching it four times in a row!

I've never watched that movie. I can't and I won't. It just sounds so sad!

I understand not liking that type of movie for this very reason. Damn being that time of month too. Everything and I mean everything makes me cry. I mean we're talking someone on a show being overly nice to their dog and I'm crying.
But The Notebook is a favorite for me. I guess because I wish romance like that really existed?

The Notebook is so amazing! And I ball every time, you aren't alone!

Got the pictures from Pompei! They are amazing! I love the one with the dock where the water level used to be! I'm so jealous. One day I'll make it there! Thanks!

Love that movie; it's definitely my favorite love story. I was actually just thinking that I wish I had it on my computer so I could watch it while I travel tomorrow!

You have to let me know how Oktoberfest is! We are going the next weekend! Where are y'all staying? We found some hotel semi close but it was still 160 euros a night! Geez! I have a friend in Munich who told me the best tents to try and get into. Email me and I will try and find it so I can tell you!

Hahah I watched that right after matt and I got married and I sent him off to Ranger School a week later. Big mistake, but I laugh about it now :)

I'm with you about this movie being a cry-fest for me. I love it, but I start crying about 20 minutes into it knowing how it's going to end.
