Scrapbookin' Fiend

I've been working on my college scrapbook off and on for the past few days.

Yes I graduated from college three years ago. No I still do not have my scrapbook done. I'm just now getting done with freshman year.

Do you guys have any suggestions on good places to order scrapbook supplies? I know Hobby Lobby does sell some sort online, but I'd like some other suggestions as well.

Does anyone watch Big Brother? Normally I hate that show, but there's nothing else on AFN tonight, so I'm stuck watching it. Can I just say I can't stand Jessie? Men like that drive me insane. Men who think they are the hottest thing ever when they really don't have a brain in their head are so irritating! Argh! What an asshat he is.

I think there is going to be a mutiny here on post soon. Reason behind that? Our post is now almost completely out of all tobacco products. Dip and cigarettes both. The next shipment is not supposed to come in until the end of August. I have a feeling it's going to get ugly.

Haha! I have all of my college pictures shoved in a box! I HATE to scrapbook! Like, with a passion. I'm way too impatient for that so I opt for a box....hehe!

I like www.tolesupplies.com and www.crafterstoybox.com. I'm doing a book for Jericho.

lol I still have to scrapbook my trip to AUS, Ireland, my first half marathon, full marathon, and my last trip to Disney World when my cheer team won nationals 6 years ago!!!!

See, I wish we lived closer, then we could be travel and scrap booking buddies!

And there's always Creative Memories. It's a bit pricier than Hobby Lobby, but not by much, and the quality is better. Don't know if they ship APO, though.

Hello.. This is Amanda, Sara's friend from Fort Polk. I am very much into scrapbooking. I have the Cricut and just love all the papers, embellishments, the list goes on. I suggest http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/default.asp. Also Oriental Trading has some decent scrapbooking stuff. Hope that helps!

I saw about ten minutes of big brother last night and turned it off. Jessie annoyed me too :)

you may want to try Michaels or JoAnn's for scrapping things.

I am no scrapbook help since I have the patience of an infant, lol. I do agree that Big Brother is occasionally the only thing to watch on AFN and Ronny annoys me more than Jessie (he is a close second though) and the two girls falling all over him make me want to puke. Good luck with the tobacco riots that are soon to ensue.

I LOVE to scrapbook! Lots of places online I like... http://allmymemoriesretailstore.com/breakingfree.aspx has cute kits right now for only $3.50- I've seen them in the stores and they are adorable. Also http://stores.apage4allseasons.com/StoreFront.bok sells cute pre-cut kits that are fun (look under Amber Packer or Tamara Jensen or Shiloh Belnap for my favorite designers). Love me anything Basic Gray, Stampin' Up, even Close to my heart stuff is getting cute. If you have a cricut, google Hallmark Scrapbooks for great prices on their cartridges. Have fun!

Umm yeah... I started working on my college scrapbook about seven years ago. I graduated almost five years ago. I think last I looked I was at sophomore year. lol

I don't buy scrapbook supplies anywhere right now, I have no budget. But if you find a great deal anywhere I might have to check it out! :)

Ooo I LOVE scrapbooking. I haven't done it in about a year, and am about a year and a half behind but I figure I'll catch up eventually. I just hate having to get all the pictures printed. Ah, this makes me want to though!

I would love to make a college scrapbook, but I'm still working on my scrapbook from my trip to France in 2005. So yes, I'm a little behind too

I liked A Peek Into Yesterday, and she is so nice! Of course I haven't used the thousands of dollars of supplies that I have, and had to move!

Well I BOUGHT all the scrapbook stuff from Creative Memories and scrapyourtrip.com, but have yet to do anything. College, wedding, trips. All in a box. I think I'm going to do the books online for our trips. I might actually try to do our wedding one day. Bleh.

I've never attempted scrap booking because I know I would never finish anything. I'm kind of an organisation nerd and don't like it when I have unfinished things all over the place.

I definitely admire people who complete scrapbooks cause they are beautiful when they are finished!

NO tobacco products on post!!!!??? I'd take cover if I were you.

Have you heard of Creative Memories? I don't scrapbook a ton, but just finished a scrapbook for my mother for her 50th birthday and I got all my supplies from Creative Memories. It's a little more expensive, but they have quality supplies and it's a one stop shop.

Maybe they're testing out the whole "no tobacco in the military" idea they're trying to pass? It sounds like they're using your base as guinea pigs!

I have good intentions when it comes to scrapbooking... I buy all the stuff and then it ends up in a giant box. Michael's has good scrapbooking supplies. Good luck dealing with the nicotine deprived soldiers!!! I guess no amount of caffeine can substitute for nicotine but maybe they could try smoking some coffee beans? ;-)
