Date Night Attire

So....thanks for all the comments yesterday about friends. I know I do posts like that every few months, but I just HATE not making friends. Makes me feel like a big 26-year-old loser and that is not a good feeling.

Also, thanks for the scrapbook site suggestions. I've already favorited the sites you suggested and also ordered a few...ok a lot of items.

In a couple of weeks Sean's company is having a couple's night out at a local Vicenza restaurant. I don't think it's mandatory, but it's mandatory. If you know the military then you know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, I'm searching my Forever 21 laden closet to find something to wear.

The front runner right now is this:

I like the black and white with the contrasting red shoes. What do you think? Also what should I do with my hair with a dress like that? I put it in a braid simply to get it out of my way, but was thinking perhaps a loose bun. That is if I can pull off the loose bun. I suck at doing my own hair.

(To forewarn you, if you click the pic and make it big, then please excuse my slightly sunburned nose and farmer's tan. Thanks)

VERY cute! I haven't seen the others, but that's my pick! You should do a fancy ponytail, that'd be cute.

That outfit is adorable!!! In fact, I'd go as far as saying that you *have* to wear it! Either a braid or bun would be cute, too. :)

VERY CUTE! Love the shoes too. I have to agree with a fancy ponytail to dress it up.

I like the dress. I'd go with the bun, it's a little more sophisticated than a braid. Or a cute ponytail style. Now mind you, I am about as fashion conscious as say...your husband...soooo you have complete permission to ignore me. Lol.

Very very cute! You have great legs!

And I will be your friend if I move to Italy. :) (That might be a hint on my big news)

I think we all feel like losers every once and awhile, its what makes us human. But hey, at least now you don't feel so alone right? And what I think is even better is that when you do a post like that, you really help your readers. I know for me at least it was nice to see that others suffer from the same problems.

You look like you've lost weight! great dress! And of course I love the shoes. I have no suggestions for hair. Not my area.

So cute! No idea on hair, I'm hair-retarded. Seriously.

I actually like the idea of a loose, off to one side, braid.

Sexy but in a free-spirited kind of way :)

So cute! That dress is so fun!

I'd say a side pony with curls or up. You don't want to take away from the dress so up is always a good idea. Plus it's so hot outside right now it might feel better being up.

Oh and I meant to comment yesterday, but I know exactly how you feel! Living in another country, not being a Military spouse is very hard. I am right there with you feeling like I have no friends and am a 26 year old loser ;) But you seem very outgoing, I'm sure it won't take long to find a group of girls to hang out with!
