Addiction

I'd like to thank everyone who commented on yesterdays post about heritage and identity. I really enjoyed reading every single one of your answers.

I've been pretty busy this week with getting ready for not only my family coming in on Monday, but also our upcoming Military Family Appreciation Day that we are hosting this Saturday. There's a lot to be done for it, so I've been keeping pretty busy at work doing that.

Last night though when I was at home I took the opportunity to browse Forever21 and get a few more tanks and dresses that I felt were imperative for my wardrobe. (Told you I had an addiction)

Here's a few things I picked out.

I'm a huge dress fanatic during the summer. I thought this dress was perfect. White with a splash of color.

Another maxi dress. I've gotten compliments on the other maxi dress I bought every single time I've worn it.

I thought this Paris t-shirt was adorable!

I've been sucked in to the Twilight hype. I honestly thought the movie was crap, but the other day I finally bought the book and finished reading where I had left off listening to the audio tape. Today I bought New Moon and will probably try to read a bit more of it tonight. I wouldn't say it's the best book ever, but it does suck you in. Believe me when I say though that I'm no Twilight fanatic.

I just bought a bunch of books off Amazon though that are travel type books. I LOVE me some travel stories and these should keep me occupied for awhile. I'll let you know if they're any good.

Other than that it appears they are trying to send Sean to WLC in June/July. Which obviously means he'll be gone for our birthdays and anniversary. I'm not ecstatic about it, but I'm hoping we can make up for it and still go to Ireland before he deploys. I just hate the fact I'll probably be spending my birthday by myself. Such is the Army life!

You do love Forever 21! I don't think that place will ever go bankrupt as long as you are around. :)

This is the first anniv. my husband has actually been home for, and will be the 3rd birthday in a row without him. Bleh! I feel your pain!

That's no good, having to spend your birthday on your own. Maybe you can plan a special day to do things that you love to try and make up for it. Call friends and go out. I'm sure it won't be as bad as you might think.
I have a question about your Forever 21 orders, how do you know the clothes will always fit you? I know that for me personally I almost always have to try things on before buying them.

New Moon was my least favorite of the 4 books. Keep reading because you will not be dissappointed! I HATED the movie, LOVED the books!

I don't even know what Forever 21 is??

You know what I think! I think you should be a personal shopper! No really, everything you pick I love but can never find myself!

LOOOVVVEEEEEE that first white dress! I might have to have that for myself.
so sorry about being on your own for all those special days. I know it's hard. Treat yourself and do something you love!!

If you though New Moon sucked you in, just wait until you get to the next two. I think each one gets better!

The second book is the worst of the four, in my opinion. I loved Twilight and Eclipse the best of the four. I'll mail the last two to you if you don't want to buy them. Email me and let me know and I'll get them out to you tomorrow.

I also love the first dress, very cute :)

Much Love, Kebi

Oooh that first dress is adorable! And yucky army. I have only ever spent one birthday with my husband since we started dating 6 years ago. Oh army life. I hope you guys get to at least go to Ireland for a fab. trip!

Cute tops! I like the dress too. I have never tried any of the maxi-dresses, but I'm kind of short, so I don't know if I can pull them off.

I know I got lucky to spend my birthday with P this year. I am already getting a taste of the Army life, changing dates on us, both in our favor and not.

I love the maxi dress! I have to ask you though from one short girl to another, is the length a problem? I've never even tried one on because they look too long for me. I don't want the dress dragging all over the ground!
