Today is a very special day in our household, it's Boomer's 2nd birthday.
Yes...I am one of those people who celebrate my dog's birthday. I mean why not? I don't have children and Boomer is a special member of our family.
Our tradition is that Boomer gets a new toy (stuffed raccoon this year) and a kid's hamburger meal.
Here are a few pictures.
He delicately takes the fries one by one out of the bag.
Towards the end though he got the bag stuck on his nose.
Sean bought me this tiger at Oktoberfest. (Don't ask...I blame it on the booze) Anyway...Boomer LOVES it and insisited on chewing on it the other day. He played nice for a minute though and let me snap a pic.
What a little cutie butt! Our little Daisy is turning 8 soon. I hate that she's getting older meh.
ReplyDeleteawww how sweet! I think it's totally cute! And I don't think you're crazy...I have a catster page for my cat - and I probably made my children wait to be taken out to the park so I could make it! LOL
ReplyDeleteYay boomer! Happy birthday little beast. I love him sticking his snout in the fries.
ReplyDeleteHahah, that's awesome. I celebrate my dog's birthday too. And Murphy loves to lick the remnants of milk from paper cups and gets the cup stuck on her too :)
ReplyDeleteSooo cute!! I love that the tiger is biiger than he is! And don't worry, we totally celebrate our pup's big day too!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, how cute is the look on his face with the tiger?! Yes, dogs have "looks."

ReplyDeleteThat is too funny! I especially loved the picture with the fry bag covering Boomer's nose.

ReplyDeleteOh thats so cute!! The lion is as big as he is!
ReplyDeleteAnd we do the same thing... yeah no kids means the dog gets everything..lol
