My dream house is one that we BUY because we're going to be there for a long, long time. LOL! I haven't thought about this in a few years, so I have no idea what it looks like just that one day we'll have it. :)
I've always wanted a southern style home with a full wrap around porch and a hanging swing! I just love the way these houses look and that they all have their own sense of style...I can't stand the cookie cutter track homes! It doesn't have to be a huge house but i would love a 3 or 4 bedroom home. Thats pretty much it for me! :)
My house is just a simple little white country house with blue shutters and a big red barn in back about 20 minutes outside a city. Any city. I just want out of the city and into the country somewhere, but close enough for a ride into the city for dinner if I chose to. And a yard full of dogs.
As silly as it sounds I want a staircase in my house. I guess because I grew up in a small single story house? I'd also love a pool, and a wrap around porch, and maybe a library like the one in Beauty and the Beast
I'm really hoping for an older home because I hate housing tracks that look all the same. Ick. Never lived in one, never want to. I'm not sure if we'll find something more country-farmish or maybe something from the 30s or 40s? Either would be lovely. I'd love a yard, but nothing too huge, a nice, sizable porch would be nice, and I'd rather it be multilevel with a few bedrooms for future offspring. =]
My dream house would be a victorian style home. Somewhere in a small town. A nice back yard for my dogs to play in. And the most important part a huge kitchen. Plus a nice porch up front.
I like typical (newer) Italian style houses; like the one on the picture I've posted on my blog. Also, I love American suburban brick houses, like our house in Florida.
My dream home is a typical American suburban house with a two car garage! Yes, it's as simple as that. :)
