Italy Observations

Evidently Italy has it's own version of the Schwan's Man. I believe it is called Bo Frost.

I heard Achy Breaky Heart on the radio today. Not something I thought I would hear while living in Italy.

One of the gate guards sounds like Patrick Stewart. I almost giggled today when he spoke to me. I felt like I was on the Enterprise.

Tailgating here is the worst I've ever seen it, worse than driving in Houston OR Dallas and that's pretty extreme people! It takes all I have not to slam on my breaks sometimes.

  2. We had "Eismann" (Ice man) in Germany. They tried to rope us in several times, but it was so dang expensive!

  3. Our Schwans man is a stalker. We seriously have to hide out in our own home and not make a peep. We have told him we are not interested anymore, but he keeps coming back.

  8. Just think the Italian driving style will prepare you if you go to Carson cuz Colorado drivers are crazy and I've driven in Miami and Seattle rush hours.

  10. I became a pro @ tailgating Italian style while we were there :) Let's just say my new habit was quickly nixed once we returned stateside as it wasn't well received over here, as well as the flashing of out high beams. Sometimes Italy really is like another world :)

  11. I loved BoFrost when we lived in Germany. Our delivery guy was so nice. And my kids were young at the time and they always had cute kid-friendly ice pops and treats. Wow, brings back the memories!
