Were you an Nsync fan? Perhaps a Backstreet girl?
I have to admit the first group I was in awe of was New Kids on the Block. I never got to go to a concert of theirs, but I had a sweater with all their names on them, their cassette tape and a few books on them. Jordan was my fave! I bet I could still remember the words to "The Right Stuff"

I was totally a backstreet boys fan! But, I did have New Kids on the block high tops. And YES they were awesome! haha

ReplyDeleteI remember NKOTB being big when I was in 1st grade or so, but I was never really into them. (But I do remember playing soccer against the Blue Kids on the Block!) But the Backstreet Boys were the first group I was ever still into. And well still kind of am if I'm being honest!

ReplyDeleteOk, so I loved all the Boy bands of the 90s...i crushed on all of them. But I'd have to say 98 Degrees (except the pale one who bleached his hair with the glasses...kinda gave me the creeps) and come on guys HANSON! I was in love with Zac...the little drummer boy. :)

ReplyDeleteNKOTB all the way and Jordan's still on my Friends 5 list!! Managed to drag my husband to a reunion concert. He was miserable the entire time and I still owe him for it. Don't think I'll ever pay that one back.

I was HOOKED on Hanson when they first came out! All the boys I went to school with were growing their hair long, too, at the time! We were all like 10 years old! Its hilarious, looking back!

ReplyDeleteNKOTB is the first group I can remember being obsessed with, in high school it was Hanson but by then I had to keep it on the DL b/c my friends teased me for it. More than 10 years later and Mmmm Bop still makes me bob my head.
ReplyDeleteI was a huge NKOTB fan!! I remember dancing on the coffee table in NKOTB pjs when I was little...haha :) However, the once the Spice Girls came out I was hook...still am to this day!
